It is with deep sorrow and loss that we announce the passing of The Soup Kitchen’s Executive Director, Enrique Zuanetto. He was born in Argentina and one of his proudest moments was becoming a United States citizen 🇺🇸. Through his thick accent, he could always be heard speaking about his two sons, Daniel & Damian. Some 22 years ago, Enrique began his career at The Soup Kitchen as a volunteer. His love for the community and kind-giving heart quickly made him The Face of The Soup Kitchen.
While at TSK, his sense of humor and infectious laugh made everyone feel welcome. He made everyone feel like family and treated them as if they were. No matter the race, color, ethnicity, Enrique always took the time to talk to everyone and really connect with them. “Thank you” were two of his most frequently used words. With his contagious smile, he did one simple thing very well…He fed hungry people. We need to carry on his legacy as we
cherish our memories. Rest in Peace dear friend. ❤
